Lua Cheia Jewelry was started as a small home company in July of 2006. Based on the idea of providing jewelry that is unique and different for every customer, Lua Cheia was born. The company was started to provide home parties catering to a small group of friends and family which soon grew to an expanded client base. Three different types of home parties are still available. All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Standard orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days of the purchase date. Rush custom orders and rush shipping is available, additional shipping rates will apply. If rush shipping is needed, please contact Lua Cheia to make arrangements. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Of course Lua Chiea hopes that you will be 100% satisified with you purchase, but in the event that you are unhappy with you order a return can be requested. Please contact Lua Cheia to request your refund authorization number prior to shipping your item back to Lua Cheia. Please include your refund authorization number with your return package or a refund will not be given. You will be responsable for all shipping costs. A full refund of the origional item price will be issued after Lua Cheia recieves your package with all origional parts and packaging included with the authorization number.

What if my item breaks? If an item breaks and you would like it replaced and/or fixed, Lua Cheia will provide this service free of charge, as long as we are contacted first to recieve an authorization number and the item is returned with all its parts. You will be responsible for shipping fees in both directions. If all the parts of your item are not able to be returned please notify Lua Cheia so arrangements can be made. All items are one-of-a-kind so certain beads and findings may not be able to be replaced.
What if my item is the wrong size? Sometimes you will purchase a piece of jewelry that dosen't fit just right. This is more common with bracelets. This is easily fixable. Just contact Lua Cheia to recieve an authorization number, then ship your piece back to Lia Cheia with your number and the exact size that you would like the item to be. Lua Cheia will resize your piece and ship it right back to you. You are responsable for shipping charges in both directions. Most bracelets and necklaces can be made larger by adding a simple extender chain. If something needs to be made smaller, it will most likely need to be restrung and may take longer to be shipped back to you.
